Don't you need to include your SSN and birthday? Otherwise, can they reject these letters with the excuse they couldn't verify it was you who sent them? When I go onto Experian's website, it says they need copies of your IDs for disputes I know this isn't technically a dispute, but how can they comply with this request without this proof that it's you making the request? So, I have a question A friend of mine began disputing her credit report online, I believe through the credit bureaus She stated that some of them came back verified/updated before she even removed old addresses, phone numbers, etc Can she still go back and remove old information and repeat the process again or will it be on record that accounts were disputed and can no longer be disputed Comment from : @soniatorres5342 |

Just purposely write a weird signature thats not your normal Lol Totally kidding But i have a couple questions What if an account is reported to 2 agencies or not all 3 Also what if the company that i entered into a contract with did not hold up their agreement Example: sent a different product than the one i was told i was to be getting What about if i was just an authorized user? Never once signed anything In fact i didnt even know my boyfriend put my name on the account Now i have a collections, that is not correct on other issues That company we entered into a payment arraignment and everything was all good Payments paid directly on time every month except the last month They didnt take it out All these 3xtra chargerss got added Called the company and their answer (,which is recorded) was "our employy misspoke You did not qualify for that option" I said " as soon as you took that first payment out your fompany officially entered into the verbal agreement The next 5 payments you took out with no issue holdsyou too that You purposely did not take the last month out, let it build up on fees Now the amount is 3x the original amoubt out And technically we already paid it Bank records can prove that This is the account that i was put on by my boyfriend This seems so illegal But we didnt know we had any rights so unfortunately i think the time has expired for us to be able to take action, its been well over 2 years Comment from : @holdy-foldy |
