So Awesoe i have two narc parents i have not had contact for over ten years i wish i had this knowledge when i was a kid i was so confused as to why i was attacked with rage and hate and shamed when i shared what my life plans and goals were i was screamed and raged at that i had no rights to decide what i want for myself it was all because as the scapegoat i was meant to be beneath the for life and it was challenging their superiority i wish we had these teachings before it would have saved me a lifetime of trying to please my parents
