I have that same case BUT I cut out the grills on that fan mount and replace the front shroud with a fan grill off amazon that are more open, took off the front piece that has the key thing, cut out all the expansion slots at the back way more air pass through and less air turbulence equal less noise, I got 12 GPUs in there, six 1660 two 1660 super and four 3060 ti i regret nothing XD

I did something like this My airflow is horrible The gpu oriented like this blow against my fans Most gpus need the back facing the back of the case if your fans are from front to back

Yes the case can do the job br✅ However not for mien 10 X RTX3090 The thing is that the cards are too wide, so you can't place them close one to another
