This happens a lot if you try to do an update and the ps4 is updating a game at the same timebrTurn off the ps4 Plug in a wired controller, not a WiFi one, turn on your ps4 and hold the power button for around 7 seconds until you hear the bleep Run the ps4 update from the safe mode menu

*Great Video * My ps4 wont update same error code started with sonys new update 800 i understand why it wont work now my disc tray broke years ago so took it out last week due to cleaning inside the ps4 and removed the disc tray so basically the mother board isnt finding the disc tray because i have dissconected it only fix is to get new disc tray i think ill wait untill next month for the PS5
