This actually inspired me to tune my system, got my 5600X to 48Ghz all core stable, and I took my ram from 16-18-18-36 down to 14-17-17-33, I went from 4500 score to 4818 in Cinebench R20, and on the Dark Rock Pro 4 it gets a maximum of 81C and that's only if you stress test it Comment from : Yamil Montes |

Can you please run a same test for us engineers on AutoCAD, like could this be possible? AutoCAD is a mainstream industry standard and tends to be highly single core intensive when doing 2-d civil site design A test with graphics acceleration off vs on, on a same file with a bunch of xrefs, hatches and corridors, and test like panning and update surface regen Another gagger for AutoCAD is if you have a cut/fill surface with a bunch of grid elevations and you change a surface elevation and refresh the surface, AutoCAD definitely hangs while it processes this PLEASE, PLEASE? I upgraded my 2600x to a 5600x and have seen about a 10-15 increase in FPS for games I play: Apex Legends, BFV, Warhammer Total War 2, Dota 2, Company of Heroes 2 probably not worth it but I sold my 2600x the same day on eBay for $150 so was worth it for me! The problem with AMD is theyre not keeping up with demand so no one can even get a hold of a 5600x for $300 for months and theyll never go back down to $300 while theyre relevant They're selling closer to $380-$400 if you can find one and the 10600k is only $229 at the moment Thats $180-$200 cheaper at almost half that cost So at this point the 10600k is the best CPU for performance per dollar Yes, the Intel motherboards are more expensive for the same feature sets so I guess costs could even out after building a PC But one thing AMD has over intel is PCI Express 40 on their MBs So Its give and take depending on if you go team red or blue Rocket Lake is coming but Intel still is stuck in 14nm land and il be interested to see the prices and performance Should be soon Comment from : ᴛʀɪɢɢᴇʀᴇᴅ |
