I would suggest buy that have licensed with sony, because i have one from oivo (old version) that after one year of usage the led is stop working The led supposed change to green if my controller battery is geting full, but instead it become blink uncontrolly I want to buy from power a but in my country is hard to find The solution is buy from amazon but that is more expensive

At 1:35 on the left that stand thing that “can charge” 2 controllers at once” actually can break your controllers because it sends out over 5 volts of energy which can fry your controller’s battery pack… I learned that the hard way

Another option is to use magnetic cables They're also great for people who find themselves pulling, jerking or otherwise over-extending the cable because the micro usb plug itself won't suffer the stress of such abuse

Only time I've had a problem with my charger was when I ended up accidently dropping my old phone charger in a bowl of ice cream, it stopped working right after that and I had to use my grandpa's old problematic USB charger

i bought the OIVO cooling/ charging dock for my ps4 and have a separate charging stand (the standing back to back playstation charging dock shown at 2:11) as i have 4 controllers and am quite impressed with the OIVO honestly everything is set and ready to go when i need it, as i cycle through controllers in a rotation pattern making the battery now die from not being used

I got the Power-A charging dock many years ago as a result of having two controllers stop charging from the Micro-USB port and I've never looked back since The only downside is not being able to play with the controller while it's charging (though technically you can, it's just really cumbersome and uncomfortable) For that reason, I made sure to have at least two controllers, with one on the charger while I use the other

bI have the same PS4, USB charger and HDMI and Power Cord my PS4 orginally came with in 2013 and my USB charger works perfectly fine still I never had problems, my controller stated to drift finally after 8 years but I had to get a new one eventually/b
