I’ve been doing the 200 push-ups thing for like 3 months and not planning to stop just more on the incline but I can tell you it definitely improves your strength without you even realizing just staying disciplined to what you know will give you progress if you just do it

You had quite a toned chest area to start with so perhaps harder to tell the difference However, I’m 65 and have done up to 200 pusher ups every second day but have pegged it back to 100 most days for a total of 4 months and can see a big difference More toned and shaped, have a slim body weight 66 Kg so for me, obvious difference

If you would have adjusted your diet, supplemented with protein shakes and creatine, I bet you would have seen a much bigger difference in your upper body If you don’t consume a surplus of the right kind of calories, you won’t grow Diet is Everything when it comes to putting on muscle

eat more protein and do heavy weigths to gain muscle , i also started doing pressups every day first day i only did 25 press ups now after two weeks i do 35 pressups after two weeks of every day doing pressups 1 set only of 25 now 35 but i am slo very fat guy obese

There's def a difference You seem to be standing a bit taller and proud You've lost fat, and so we can see more defined muscles Maybe if you ate a bit more for the burnt calories there was a bigger difference brWell done for completing the challenge anyway

The reason why you didn't gain that much muscle is because you didn't give your body days to rest in between and as you go on you need to increase and wait as well Like after the first week at like a 5 lb weight vest Second week 10 lb weight fast and so forth and so forth and you'll see a bigger muscle gain

something more effective which ive seen my dad do over time and noticed him getting bigger, is increasing your max pushups by one per day start off with the most you can do and each day add one push up dont expect huge results right away but make it a habit to do your push ups and in time you will see a difference

I'm 13 years old and I'm doing 333 push-ups per day for 30 days and my goal is to do 10,000 push-ups at the end of the month and I'm at 15th day of the challenge At starting it feels easy, but after 4 or 5 days it feels so hard my arms and legs were like shaking so hard, but after 9 or 10 days in the challenge it feels normal and easier compared to day 1 I will recommend to do 333 push ups per day challenge
