Hey man it's a great accomplishment, but you should try it again with better form The squats are literally only 30 of the full squat motion The crunches shouldn't be done with your feet braced, as this ends up using leg muscles to leverage yourself The pushups were the best of the 3 but still lacked the complete range of motion, and should be done with legs together Comment from : Cameron Ward |
