Replace the situps with janda situps, focuses way more on the abs, more difficult and takes the load off the hip flexors, if you don't know how to do janda situps, look it up

Why did you choose easy exercises for you and expect results? You only did cardio for 32 days lol You should do harder variation of those exercises to build muscle like narrow or wider grip pull ups and push ups, handstand push ups, dragon flag, v-ups etc
