Great progress video but very misleading with the overtraining and rest day info It’s extremely difficult to actually overtrain You’d have to be redlining most days like an endurance athlete or an MMA fighter A bit of DOMS isn’t a reason to not train, but just adjust the load You don’t need any rest days, just deload days to avoid too much fatigue Comment from : @SuperBradford24 |
