Example: I need to get into my fitness routine so I can lose 100LBSbrbrSlacks on starting because the stress, anxiety, time it will take and thoughts of whether or not I will succeed or fail makes me not even want to start (procrastination) so instead I become lazy OR I can go ahead and do the other undesirable task that I have been putting off (procrastinating/being lazy about) and go and clean my entire homebr brMy thought is that I avoided the hardest task (fitness regimen) by doing a task that is normally "hard" for me to start or do (cleaning) Now Im hit with dopamine because at least I have accomplished bsomething/b and that something was hard but just not as hard as my original task of starting my exercise and fitness program Hopefully, that hit of dopamine will help me become motivated to start my hardest task of fitnessbut I'll likely start ittomorrow
