Thank you for all of your videos! They are like a breath of fresh air in a vacuum I can't tell you how delighted I am that you not only introduce proper words but also spell them---like phrenic nerve---thereby providing all viewers a chance to increase their knowledge! I am seeing more and more articles that are written by health professionals (MD, etc) for the general public who use the word "pee" instead of void or urinate As a child, our family never used that word and neither did our neighbors but increasingly America's level of education is sinking lower and lower (federal D of Ed dumbed down books, and dumb teachers were graduated by schools in a "woke" manner, but the Internet and copy-cat lazy people have accelerated the process

Confused about the 3d image you are using in this video to explain the movement of the diaphragm… The diaphragm isn’t moving Only the lungs… I am asking because I believed the diaphragm moves up and down when we breathe… This gives the impression only the lungs are moving… is there a purposeful reason you are using this visual?

I am suffering from chronic stress, anxiety and insomnia relaxing is very difficult for me I’ve been trying to breathe better I have two problems regarding what you’re saying I suffer from bad nasal congestion and I don’t why my diaphragm the left side is more lazy than the right side beside my physical therapist told me that it works backward I don’t understand very well what she means and I don’t know if that can be fixed or not or if just learning new ways to improve and correct this problem anyway I am starting doing what you recommended and see how it goes thank you for sharing

I have had about 4 concussions in my life And found out recently that I've had many mini strokes When I get nervous, upset, hear bad news my Vertigo and tinnitus get much much worse How can I stop this? My head is always bad but stress makes it so horribly worse I also had a cholesteatoma and had surgery according to the surgeon the cholesteatoma was all the way down to the brain stem Life is difficult 🤢

Okay, THIS is witchcraft NO OTHER EXPLANATION WILL SUFFICE You sir, just helped me get MYSELF from a 10 to a 2brI've also used forced yawning to calm myself And right after I did the double breath a few times, added with belly breathing, yawning, I ate a couple cheez its Bc your body won't let you eat if its not safe Your body will say its not hungry so you can flee, but if you slow yourself by sitting down and eating a snack, it also grounds you and brings you into the current moment

Also, it’s better to inhale & exhale through your nose with your mouth shut as the body produces nitric oxide in the sinuses which cause blood vessels to dilate allowing oxygen to flow to the heart to slow it down if it’s beating too fast & this calms you down
