How would you handle a 244 HZ monitor On a 2070 Graphics card that can only cap out at 144HZ? Change your Advanced display settings to 239989 Hz and set you game to 144HZ or match them?

Also something small I discovered, yet found very performance-boosting is getting yourself a $2k card I noticed immediate improvements in FPS and no delay whatsoever At 144p it can produce thousands of frames, so only the refresh rate of my monitor is the bottleneck here

The texture filtering (negative lod bias) I think should be in "allow" mode You should only clamp it if anisotropic filtering is turned on In your case, you turned it off

and got 60fps like normal but after 30 sec i got 10 fps for like 20 sec and after that again got 60fps after that i quit and went in other games and it happened in all games but seems to find out before i play cs everything is alright

ambient occlusion is actually always worth whatever fps it takes away from you since it gives everything depth and without it any game will look terrible so leave it on
