And turning prefer maximum perfomance over optimal power is the dumbest choice when your on a laptop, because you make your battery life less and you just max out all Gpu and CPU at max power at all time and that just slows your Pc down over time so KEEP IT ON OPTIMAL OR NORMAL, and don't listen to these dushes who thinks they know everything

Just a quick reminder turning off multi-frame Sampled AA (MFFA) gives you actually less performance because you force it to turn at MSAA 4X at all time so if you turn it on it will actually give you better perfomance
