I started doing big plaits in my daughters hair about 2 weeks ago when I realized fighting with her to do her hair when she is not even 2 yet is ridiculous She has a lot of length and I would rather her hair healthy and her happy than to impress people I agree with this and I use shine n jam to sleek down the hair so that it looks neater but that is far as I will go I’m not going to make her sit and cry just because I want her hair to be stylish Comment from : @tashinaallen7777

Amari's hair is PERFECT as it is! My goodness how time flies Your baby girl has beautiful hair It's so thick and bouncy and long It braids up well and holds a style She's a baby, so of course her hair isn't going to be immaculately coiffed like yours (and we adults have our days also!) As you said, it collects dust, sand and paint from school Shows she's living the good life! All that stuff just makes her hair grow, LOL When I was teaching, the school administrations would schedule the students to take school pictures in order of their agesPre-school first, Kindergarten, First grade and so forth You had to snap those photos before arts and crafts or recess time! 😂😂😂 Ignore the ignorant Keep doing what you're doing and enjoy the process ❤ Comment from : @YT4Me57

Her hair is thick and full I think it's a mental reconditioning of our thought process as black women to have our children's hair look pageant ready Most black people are still on the fence to see natural curly and coily hair (hate the word nappy) so we scrutinize the edges and the styles or how parting is neat!
