Wait they only have to do the equivalent of 41 secs per short course 25m standard pool length (or 83 s/50m length? brbrI know it's open water swimming which is harder, but still I had to 400m in 7m30s for Lifeguard quals, but that was in a short course pool Still that's 28 seconds per lapeven doing 50m in a minute is pretty easy I'm surpised that the swimming is so much easier than all the other disciplines Comment from : shornoMALONEY |

Someone already mentioned the no kipping But also, Navy Seals are recruited from across all the branches and the Marine Corps requires 100 situps in 2 minutes to pass boot camp So I can imagine the seals require that as a minimum to pass I'd have to double check that But I'm a Marine and anything less than 100 in 2 minutes is considered garbage and barely passing is 51 in two minutes brbrRunning the Marien Corps requires 3 miles in less than 30 minutes Comment from : Brandon Barth |

Not a SEAL, I was US Army Special Operations and I regret to inform you that both of you would have only gotten single digit rep counts on everything except Ross's Pullups I expect that concessions would be made for Eddie's limited range of motion for Situps, but not the Pushups or Pullups, and neither of you went fully locked out on Pushups (except to rest) or went vertical on the Situps Special Operations would love to have Eddie on, but would make him go into caloric deficit long enough to lose enough mass so that he was no longer muscle-bound and would fulfill the massive potential in his beastly strength Regardless, that was ungodly impressive and I scored on the Extended Scale in PT testing, highest in my unit, so that's not empty praise from an inexperienced bystander Bra-fucking-vo Extremely highspeed Hooah!
