When I informed syp that the guy next door had ripped my garden fencing up to allow his dog access into my garden to attack my pet cats whilst verbally abusing me in regards my colour and disability syp stated it not a police matter Its a council issue It carried onbrI contacted the council rmbc the guys landlord who never responded to my complaints and concern for my pets, myself and my property Rmbc instead issued me an antisocial behaviour warning and the guy proceeded to cause £200 damage to my property Continued to verbally abuse me regards my colour and disability He continued to threaten me with beatings and again to all SYP officers stated all he has done or do is not a police matter So Comment from : quentin |
