Deep down, I knew that I wasn't alone I just never knew that there were so many of you who know what I am going through and everything I'm reading as I am scrolling is ripping right through me (He) makes me feel so angry when he doesn't takes responsibility for his actions and shifts the blame It's exhausting We have a child together, and he wants to control the perception of everyone before they have even gotten the chance to get to know me spinning everything he can I hope that they open their eyes to see that he's lying and deceiving them so they don't see his faults

I know this is quite late but I felt like I can open up here I recently found this out with my brother and I brbrI don't know if he's been doing a smear campaign to me However, he has guilt tripped me with, " I can't believe you'd say that after everything I've done for you" And, "I threaten you because I care about you" brbrYou're right, this is a hard pill to swallow I'm still struggling to do so

I have all of these signs, I'm not surprised I've been in therapy since I was 18, I'm 44 now and things didn't get much better I can't get my life together, I'm a mess and I'm still in therapy, all I can hope for now is a miracle ( sorry if I made any English mistakes)
