I’m an empath and basically I came to the realization that the person who I thought was a narcissist was just mirroring the darkest traits in me such as passive aggressive These were all the things i grew up in seeing my own fathers reactions In another relationship I noticed myself taking on another person’s negative tendencies such as emotional manipulation which is nothing like what I’ve ever done in my life Mirror neurons These are here to shed light on these dark areas of ourselves and hopefully push us to grow We are meant to transform, not stay in this victim mentality guys Own your stuff and be the change you want to see within your relationships

Mine asked me if I wanted to go why was I sad I said because it's just like any loss I have to mourn it And it will help me move on He didn't like it He is always trunk so hard to break me But I'm more stronger now because of him Because the first discard almost killed me But I used that to start meditating because I was tried of feeling the way I was I mediate and love myself more now But now he's trying even harder Hrs pulling out ALL his tricks But he doesn't realize I already know what he's doing and it's not working Hopefully he just stops soon Because even ignoring him is draining me

I think we expect to grieve a breakup from a partner or spouse, but often the harder relationships to grieve are the familial ones They were for me brbrI have a covert narcissist mother and sister Grieving their loss after going No Contact years ago was harder than getting divorced from my narc husband We expect those "blood" or family relationships to last forever, and it is a shock to the system when they don't brbrGrieving is the right word for it, though, because it does feel like a death in a way Some in your family may not understand That's OK They don't have to live your life Only you do brbrTrust your gut intuition about what to do when going No Contact or Grey Rock You will know what is right Take it one day at a time, and you will figure it out brbrThanks, Danish, for all you do and for helping us to stay on track, especially during the holidays, which can be more difficult! I had to be put on medication because after my break up I was very suicidal, extremely I made use of the suicide prevention hotline multiple times because I really just was completely devastated and destroyed that I fell for everything, and everything that I thought that was true and wonderful was the absolute devil in disguise
