Is it an issue if the shorted PSU is turned on, supplying power to a couple GPUs, if the PSU powering the mainboard/CPU and other GPUs is off? I'm trying to picture a GPU powering up in a PCI slot that is not, seems like that could be an issue if for example the motherboard shut down for any reason, while the other PSU is still running Even if it was a simple failure of the primary PSU, is this not a concern?
