Hey Captain I have a question I could not find the answer Maybe you know the answer As you know, B737 800 or 400 flaps indicator has different flap rate gaps For example the gap between up position indicator and 1 flap indicator is different than 2 and 5 Is it a design trick? Thankyou for the video I’ve built and flown Remote ControllAirplans so i have the basic concept of the Wings Job but i was confused on CommercialAirliners Flaps operations because as a Passenger withWindow seats i could not see anything moving up or down l on the wings but this makes sense as to why and how they operate in my defense i was thinking they operated more like the Airelons but the more work like extending and decreasing the shape of the Wings from both the leading and trailing edges my imagination had it completely incorrect as i thought it worked more like a air flow Dam to increase and decrease Airflow i knew it was Important for lift and Drag used in take off and Landings Comment from : Craig Monteforte |
