Great point that load is more important than just activation for hypertrophy so flys are not more effective than pressing but do provide another angle to work the muscle fibers

Guys i don't understand how to perform as drop sets, does that means each time i should do a set i should do 12 reps and 8 , 10 ,6 by lowing the weights
