I do weighted push ups Feet on a bar, hands on a cabinet either side, weight belt (currently 125kg) hanging down in the middle Reps of 10-12 They are really satisfying and give you that spent feeling of compound movements In a few weeks I noticed chest hypertrophy that years of endless standard push ups couldn't achieve
