a lot of gym bro science in the comments You can run overweight - slow pace, walks in between, slow progression Everyone thinks people should just "lift" undermining that not everyone wants to look good but focus more on being healthy Running overweight DOES NOT destroy your joints or your health - you're not gonna pace under 10 for a 5k run anyways you'll probably do it in an hour comfortably which will be in Zone 2 and 3 for your heart more than enough to burn calories and reach deficit without drastic changes to your diet You CAN RUN overweight Also there is a HUGE transformation in the video Don't let people troll you Comment from : @dannymeetslife9592 |

Jogging whilst overweight is the worst idea Unless you use a treadmill with shock absorption a good technique and some good shoes you should not be destroying your knees Plus I can’t really see a huge difference Treadmill on a high incline works wonders with a low carb, calorie deficit diet Comment from : @MattJoel |
