I have a pc with an i5 8500 at work paired woth am rx 6400 my cpu usage is always at 100 ingame while gpu is at 40-70 i thought my gou would bottleneck the 8500 lol

This actually worked for mine my cpu was bottlenecked 99 with no upscaling and I was averaging 181 fps and I changed my cores to 5 from 8 and it actually gave me a boost I’m averaging 224 fps now

For those confused or want better performance, basicallybrIf you CPU is above 75, decrease the number of thread by half of your CPU cores, no this is not a myth, it all really depends on your system, if even at 50 CPU utilisation, go even lower on the thread count, the GPU will automatically get help from the CPU if needed, nothing manual needed - I have an brIntel i5 - 4590, and an AMD Radeon RX 550 GDDR5 4GB, and I roughly got 110 FPS with 1 lows being at 89, but as soon as I custom capped it at 100 FPS, it was really stable and actually playable, at low - medium settings

Mines came at 7 default my rig is a rtx 4070 ti Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core anybody has the same here I been trying to get the best settings here for fps and it’s my first pc but I was trying to get this set up the right way and this the only thing that confuses me some people say it half of cores on ryzen but I tried half from the 8 cores that I have and that made it worst because my fps were lower I need higher fps”any help?

I’m running a new build 5600x paired with an RX6750XT I noticed my GPU use age is usually 98-99 but my CPU is at like 4 during the game I get around 120FPS average on 1440P balanced setting with no FSR Why is my CPU use so low? Should it not be doing more?

both my cpu and gpu are using about 40 power and my game is running at 60fps max during gameplay even though in video benchmarks by ZwormZ for example the gpu is used 100 and his cpu is about 60 and FPS is about 160

im running on a 3070ti, 16gbs of corsair ram, and a intel i710700k im comepletley stuck at 100 fps some times it goes a bit higher but on avg it goes to 80fps and idk how to fixc it i was playing with some one on a 260super and they were getting 130fps so i dont rly know what i can do to fix this

i have ryzen 5 6600h 16gb ram and rtx 3050 ti before of seson 3 perfomance was really good but now just in this game my cpu is not running at full speed it stay at 3900 but it should be 4500 because in other games it stay at 4500 all the time but in cod it's just 3900 gpu is at 50 usage and cpu at 40-70 and the fps is like 40 to 60, but before i had not below of 90 :(

My thread count was set to 15 and I had 98 CPU usage and 2 GPU usage!! Lmao I changed it to 8 and I'm still at 88 CPU usage, do I need to make the thread count even lower?!

If you have like intel cpu an 8 core, you should make it 8, if you have AMD you should use only half of your cores, but the 4 is minimum, so even if you have 6 core like I have, I don´t go 3, I go 4

Do keep in mind that on quad cores or six-core cpus using all cores will improve performanceI have a i3 12100f and only 2 of its cores were in use Sure it was quiet and the usage wass about 45-60 but the fps wouldn't go over 75 no matter if I played on the lowest settings Enabling all 4 of my cpu cores improved my performance alot,I am consistantly over 80 and reaching over 110 sometimes In the desert areasBut the tmeps are higher and usage is at like 85 at all times

I can confirm cuz I have a i7-9700k and setting it to 5 gives me 3 cpu and 97 GPU and I’m 1080p and setting it higher to 8 gives me shit performance and going lower to 5 or 4 gives me really good performance

I was kind of having the opposite issue For some reason Warzone 20 wouldn't use more than 60-70 CPU and GPU at any time (GPU 2080s, CPU i7-7700K)I opened the file you suggested, and saw that my thread count was set to 2 (7700k has 8 threads) I upped it to 8, and saw that my CPU started hovering around 80-90 use in game after that My FPS was slightly improved, and my 1 lows improved quite a bit So less stuttering
