I have been naive to believe all the positive reviews on youtube as I just took delivery of one and am extremely disappointed with the interior quality compared to the old one My wife immediately noticed the interior fabric looks much cheaper and filmsier than before, and there are already wrinkles on the drivers seat as the leather used is much softer/thinner than the old model The ride quality is better but I still would not say its a comfortable ride (still below average)

I like the technology but the minimal look, lack of stalk and front display with speed etc, would drive me nuts I also really don't like the look of the car from the outside It's just too bland The glass ceiling is a deal breaker for me

I have a 2018 S LR, but I just won't buy a car without a turn signal stalk I have never gotten completely used to having no instrument display, particularly since I own two other cars and I won't get a new Tesla without stalks I've driven a Mach E and it's a very well buttoned up vehicle The ride and handling of that car is as good as my S, it's cheaper, and it has stalks If the Mach E can charge at a high rate on a Tesla Supercharger, the Mach will be my next EV

As long as they don't have eihter a HUD or a screen in front of me, I am not buying it Most cars have both nowadays They can try to sell their lack of luxury as minimalism, but it really is not and the interior is still cheap Still the only Tesla that makes any sense at all

Indicator stalks and low top speed are bummers for me I also wonder if they improved assembly quality or not You must not hear squiky or cracky sounds when you press dashboard surfaces with your hand Not to mention imperfections of joints of the previous models
