As someone who's lived in LA for most of her life, I object Seriously, I object Please stop being so White tourist on the moon I been comfortable in all of LA's neighborhoods and lived in many of them I suppose if visitors only want to see Hollywood and BHills, that's okay, but there's great things to see and do downtown, on the East and South sides as well as the Valleys (San Fernando and San Gabriel) LA is like any other big city, people just have to be aware of their surroundings and act intelligently After all, one can get mugged in BHills and on Venice Beach just as easily as they can in Watts or Hancock Park Comment from : stephanie raphael |

I found the traffic and parking much easier than in Sydney And the Getty Centre is incredible The beaches themselves are a bit meh, but the beach culture is great If you want to see stars on their day off, try the Melrose Trading Post, and West Hollywood Great video though, very enthusiastic and makes me want to go back Comment from : Di Challis |
