How ironic that the commercials shows fast foods We Americans eat too much junk food I am overweight at 285 pounds and I gain most by drinking beer and not exercising I have developed type-2 diabetes I stop drinking beer; it is a carbohydrate because it has hops and malt I walk with assistance due to a knee injury on one side When I loose the weight I need to, my knee can be operated on The surgery is dangerous with the problems I have (COPD) It is a trying ordeal but is necessary to lose weight Comment from : MARVELLA CLAY |

I think people who are morbidly obese have a very severe food addiction I don't think they just sit down one day and decide to just let themselves go completely I really think people can be addicted to food the same people can be addicted to drugs So it's easy for us to say I would never let myself get this big but when you're not struggling with the same strange addiction that these people are of course you wouldn't But if you literally can't stop yourself from eating there's no telling how much weight you can gain You see they made a whole show dedicated to people who are 600 pounds and more!!
