A surgeon pretending that the new lips aren't shocking does him a disservice Negative reaction from others right out the gate would be an awful and traumatizing thing, so suggesting wearing a surgical mask until he's begun to heal & feels more comfortable would make me trust a surgeon more It's insane that they seem not to have prepared him at all for what he would look like post-surgery It's scary enough having surgery, let alone getting a surprise after the fact Comment from : Lindsay |
