lil help if you would sir dave I have currently plotted on one partition (2TB) of an external 4TB HDD I have quite a few of these partitions to plot can I copy the plot files and paste them into the next partitioned HDD?? I believe I would need to change the nonces but I would like to hear from a pro if not please advise the best/quickest way to plot these drivesbrThank you!

I have a 5 x 1070 TI GPU rig with Celeron g3900, running Nicehash Does it make sense to throw in 5 x 4 TB HDD at $84 each? 20 TB of storage space Would it slow down nicehash? Would the CPU be too taxed since it is a celeron and already using like 40 for nicehash GPU mining?

great vid thanksI am thinking of setting up one of these rigs using the LaCie Porsche 8 TB HHD's so I will have a look over at the link u posted in comments You definitely need the PCI-e - USB expansion cards for this as all those HDD's are bottlenecking through 2 x USB 3 ports on your MB I used to mine 120 USB Red fury bitcoin miners on 1 MB and these cards helped a great deal often manufacturers boast 4 or even 6 USB 3 ports on a MB but they are only as good as the number and type of chipset which controls them, if they are all controlled by a single chipset they wont perform well when loaded with this kind of work the expansion cards have their own chipset so you can load up your MB and optimize your read speeds and reduce bottlenecking I think you can only run a max of 127 USB devices off any MB if memory serves me correctly
