You REALLY need to test space battles with an AMD card I’ve had significant problems getting this game to run on my RX480 card I actually had to roll back my AMD drivers because the newer drivers crashed the game during space battles It’s a well documented problem It’s also possible that the stuttering at the start of the match may be the drivers too Several people have reported lag and stuttering at the start of a match due to how the new AMD drivers load shaders

After some testing, I noticed that increasing dedicated video memory in the UEFI bios, really doesn’t help You’re better off keeping it at 64mb Actually if you have 8gb of memory it’s a negative From what I read the Idea is sound; if you have 16gb memory, but Windows/AMD drivers don’t manage the allocation correctly AMD is actually looking into this, so maybe it’s something to look for later Faster memory makes APU’s happy however, which seems to be consistent with all AMD Ryzen processors as memory overclocking/XMP can boost AMD system performance in general I’ve been experimenting with many different UEFI settings and will post any finding on Tech Deals

I love these recent benchmarks, I recently went from a Q6600 to a ryzen 7 (crazy upgrade, I know!) but seeeing how the 6600 still holds up, even for 2018, i was shocked! Please keep doing these benchmarks!

Game runs well and its a joy to play for me The only issues i have lately with my build (1600x/vega 56/32GB @ 2933) is the start of matches n cut scenes or opening crates, the frames bein very horrendous Can go dwn to 10 frames range After couple mins into the game match, frames are back to normal Whats weird is it goes away after while but once update drivers or reinstall them, it goes back to bein horrendous, being like somecycle
