This setup works as of 23rd October 2022 I'm currently using it perfectly whilst playing the CoD MWii campaign early access Video to come The splitter shown and the HD60X must be used together, this will NOT work with any other elgato capture card as they can't handle the 4k120hz input The splitter is the only/decent HDMI 21 splitter I know off also so I don't recommend using another splitter! 👍👍👍👍 Comment from : AzzzY

I have this exact splitter When I change to 'Performance Mode' in Horizon Forbidden West, output 2 which has the 1080p downscaler enabled & connected to my Elgato 4K60 Pro MK2, the capture card won't see the video signal at all Output 1 to my 4K120 monitor displays the PS5 source without issue What gives? So this looks like it takes 4K120Hz and converts it to 1080p120Hz and I'm supposed to record at 1080p 60fps correct? Am I able to use this device to convert 4K120Hz to 4K60Hz in order to record 4K footage? Comment from : forgotten893

The spliter works on my monitor but on the capture card is glitching when I'm on the game but it captures on the ps5 menu Using HDMI 21 cables and the HDMI 20 cable to connect from the spliter to capture card for downscale Any ideas what that could be? I am quite new to all of this I also have a monitor which is 4k120 capable like yours I recently searched for a capture card (elgato 60HD X) but this card won't let you play in 120fps 4k resolution, because the passthrough is only 4k60 right?
