Yep, I do 100 pushups daily easily, Not at once but several times on a set of 20-30, and on elevated surface like wall, desk, kitchen counter and on knees I even perform pushup during my long flight or on a long road tripbrI found clapping hands pushups are twice effective than just pushup Or just with me?
