Very impressive I can do those at 62 I'm not sure if I can make 16 but I think I can cuz that's how I do my pull-ups regularly but I usually stop at 10:00 because I usually do a total of about 10 cents so 10 reps to make a hundred but unfortunately when y'all do the push ups and pull-ups for times none of you don't do them that clean because it's impossible to make them times during it that clean that's why guys start cheating showing on me and goosenecking and most of the time they even start short on the push-ups but the pull-ups are beast like you say the average man can't do six pull up I know a lot of men can't do anything full range so it is impressive but you are she's just lifting your time sets for those regimens that you all do and do them all legit all the time ☺️👍 and I'm not hatin I'm just saying that's the correct legit way to do them full range of motion every time but they don't count like you say in the Marines or the Navy SEAL and form and quality over quantity every time what is reps or weights Comment from : Fred E Sims Jr |

Good morning brother I am concerned with my performance and I would like if possible that you can give me a routine of how to work two or three muscles every day, I am intermediate and I am stagnant, I am not able to do muscle ups but I get to do 10 pull ups with suffered I do the same exercises and I see that it does not work well I do not bother you anymore I leave you my email in case you want to talk to me in private thanks for everything brother
