I did those myself in the regular army in the 1970stoday my upper workout consists of only pullups and dips, both bodyweight and weighted versions These beams may be OK for bodyweight versionsbut for weighted pullups: one inch diameter bar is the best size, as in weighted, the grip must be there, or you have no chance of pulling up weight This video brings back memory's from 1972, and the beams look how l remember them And l recall it was bad to fold one,s arms in the gymas you were told to: "give me 20 pushups" if you did😂 Comment from : poshgentleman |
