Realistically, it's still a good ass workout for your chest, legs, abs and cardiovascular health, but there's clearly no pulling movements that don't involve important muscles such as your back And doing the bodyweight training (aside of running) without adding resistance or weight is just gonna focus on cardiovascular mainly than actually building muscle or strength Unless you actually do your push ups full range of motion with different variations, or do some variation of squat like a pistol Comment from : Mike90 susanoo |

you cant make the 10km because you are not a frequent runner Once you run moderately for few years and build a good foundation, you will survive that 10k pretty easy And also you ran your first 10km in 1 hour, that's way too fast for a beginner and not sustainable Comment from : Edy Loi |
