Also another problem can be dirt in the throttle cable housing on the handlebars I had issues with my throttle sticking on my enduro bike Just take apart the assembly, clean and lube Worked almost better it felt like

My bad luck is the cables usually get rusted or they snap when they do get rusted I usually grab WD-40 just to try to save it 40 of the time you could save it little trick I learned when I was a little kid trying to save bicycle brakes using WD-40

My Piaggio Ciao moped allows me to ride handless, which is pretty cool because i can now wipe my a** while i'm in a hurry cuz i forgot to at home (I need 2 hands on my boot don't judge me)

Mine was the screw down weight on the bar end was pushing the grip up against the throttle housing I was going from 5th to 6th on the highway and when it hit the clutch it went straight to the rev limiter, changed my grips and got rid of those weights now it snaps right back

Ah yes Finally My Benelli 300 currently has that fault It kinda feels like it takes forever to respond to me opening or closing the throttle Ive been thinking it could be the cable Or the throttle body getting sticky due to the bike not going out as much (once or twice a week) considering i havent completed the build yet

I had on my bike a palm rest on the throttle grip when I first bought it The previous owner installed it and it’s convenient only in few to none situations due to the fact that whenever you steer to the right it can get stuck in the middle of the tank cover and the frame so me being meticulous I took it off immediately

Bought a used fz6 Throttle wouldn't snap back Tore it down for a rebuild and found out why brThe bottom have off the return cable was missing about halfway through the bike brCable, shielding all of it Gone brbrPLENTY of other issues along with it brBut when I'm done I'll basically have a brand new bike for less than 3k so I'm not complaining 🤷‍♂️

Stuck throttle on the Monster is a common thing sadly especially on older carburetor models, it happened to me and it's not nice, I made a big deal
