Being an orthopedic surgeon is a very physically tough job You have to saw bones, drill bones, pound rods into bones to set fractures, and you also have to be able to pull really hard on limbs to relocate dislocations I have seen legs with dislocated hips that the surgeon had to pull so hard that you would swear he was going to tear it off

I used to work in a psychiatric ward and can assure you the longest ive ever seen a psychiatrist spend face to face with a patient is about 15 minutes The rest is all just reading notes from nurses and write up on the plan of action That's actually being generous most of the time its 10 minutes
