Okay I don’t agree with only shampooing the scalp only because for people who don’t wash their hair as frequently as others, hair holds onto various odors and smells and can collect dust, lint, fluff from clothes, pillow grime, pet hair lol you name it Also if people smoke or smoke weed it can make their hair smell bad It depends on the person but I personally wash my scalp and ends

I would leave my hair in a micro fiber hair towel and much later it’s still wet bc it didn’t air dry and the moisture was locked inside
