I totally disagree, this ship is really bad against russian cruisers these days you have a lot of russian cruiser in T10 games, so you basically have no chance against them absolutely no recomendation save your steel for a other ship

If I get in the neighborhood, steel-wise anytime in the foreseeable future, I find myself thinking Plymouth is up for consideration I do tend to consider myself a BB main, though, so I might just have to try and encourage a lively debate between Flambass and Trenlass to tell me if I should buy Bourgogne or Shiki ;)
