Agree mostly, but I think you could make really good gains also at home Get couple heavy kettlebells, pull up bar and do enter the kettlebell until you can one arm press 48kg kettlebell, build up to 15-20 pull ups and do ton of snatches and swings You get strong and propably also look strong after you can do do those If your diet is ok Comment from : Sauli Drockila |

Simple: brFind a training stack that works for you br(I do the basic "push, pull, legs" )br-chest tri's on Mondaybr-back bi's on Tuesdaybr-legs and core on Wednesdaybr-thursday rest daybr-Fridays are when I hit shoulders followed by rest day on Saturday/Sunday (or cardio on one of those days if I'm feeling good)br-track your calories depending on what you want to do br-If you want to get bigger increase calories and hit at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weightbr- if you want to cut weight eat your basic caloric intake and do more cardio Comment from : Anderson Hailey |
