Agree mostly, but I think you could make really good gains also at home Get couple heavy kettlebells, pull up bar and do enter the kettlebell until you can one arm press 48kg kettlebell, build up to 15-20 pull ups and do ton of snatches and swings You get strong and propably also look strong after you can do do those If your diet is ok

Spot on; if you want to know if this works, let me tell you, kids, I am 74 and have been doing all these things for over half a century, except the 3-5 meals a day, instead, I fast 18 hours daily I started working out in 1969 to get pushed around less and laid more, and it worked amazingly well I am 5 foot 9,155lbs lean and muscular, take a look at your grandpa

I'm 31, your body is amazing I wont deny that, but what I would love is more of a sleek look, I don't want to be ripped I suppose more of the swimmers body? in shape but not rippling with muscles I dont want a visible 6 packbrI'm a self conscious guy, I'm not particularly attractive like you either, and sure having a body like yours might make some guys feel confident, but I don't really want people looking at me if I go to a pool, I'd be so worried about thoughts of "nice body but ugly face -- I wish he wasn't so ugly" etc

also another tip is to get like a paper or something, write up the things you're GOING to do that day and make sure it's doable which isn't destroying your mental health, starting slow or having a slow progression is not bad at all but make sure you do the things listed, this will give you a better mentality / day for guarantee

Simple: brFind a training stack that works for you br(I do the basic "push, pull, legs" )br-chest tri's on Mondaybr-back bi's on Tuesdaybr-legs and core on Wednesdaybr-thursday rest daybr-Fridays are when I hit shoulders followed by rest day on Saturday/Sunday (or cardio on one of those days if I'm feeling good)br-track your calories depending on what you want to do br-If you want to get bigger increase calories and hit at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weightbr- if you want to cut weight eat your basic caloric intake and do more cardio
