I would recommend the mod "Shield Generators by Frontier Developments" for shields, because they last as long as you have power in your batteries, compared to the fixed amount of the shields you use right now (which is very little) They also prevent drop pods from landing in the shield arc Comment from : LordRaven256 |

You should definitely look into the deployable shield usables, if you can craft them (which i believe you can in the machining table) they soak up a Huge amount of damage and allow all people inside to shoot out, that would provide a very useful advantage I could imagine Also please god take a break I can see you sanity slipping away more and more with each intro, fantastic content as always! In regard to making it so raiding mechanoid ships is actually possible without getting hit with a small armada: brI would suggest either turning on the hotseat mod and putting Pheobe into the draw pool or just turning on Pheobe whenever you're raiding mechanoids so Randy doesn't throw a difficult raid at you while half your colonists are 'out of town' Remember, there is no such thing as a break when it comes to random events because the moment it looks like it is the moment it ends (at least whenever you try to take advantage of it) Comment from : Fillymcwinkenbob |
