Mike, I've been watching your videos for over a couple of weeks now They are all wonderful I really like your content and how you deliver them Your demeanor is also very pleasant I bet you are a great bloke to hang around with You are a great teacher and the best thing is the simplicity and lucid instructions You have covered almost all of the points It just occurred to me that in the past, I've heard many photographers talk about calibrating lens to the camera Maybe, it could be a future topic!always love your videos Keep them coming You deserve a lot more subscribers! 👍Good capture of classic methods, Mike! Easy to get confused w/so many AF features in today’s cams Takes time to master Another way to help nail focus is to use the smallest AF area that you are comfortable using I’ve missed too many shots because my AF targe area, although not very wide, was large enough for the cam to lock onto something within the area that was not my intended target brGood point about primes v zooms AF speeds/accuracy can also vary based on whether a lens was made by the cam maker or a third party Keeping current w/firmware updates should also help, as cam makers refine their AF software Comment from : @paulm8157 |

Tips are wonderful and nice Great videobrbrI am very sorry I am still struggling to get sharp images all the time As you mentioned, when using flash, I get pleasing image But when flash off, not workingbrbrSimilarly, sometimes images are good Few times very blurry I don't know it lens mistake or camera shake or focus issue brbrPrime lens give some sharper imagesbrbr Sometimes, In LCD it looks very good, but in system, softness is evidently noticable brbrStill struggling But trying brbrFrankly telling, I don't know how much to zoom in the LCD to see images are sharp When zooming square by square, after getting very tiny square, images look pixelatedbrSo much confusionbrbrSorry for my long comment Comment from : @earavichandran |

To shoot at low iso with uncompressed raw gives you more flexibility to add sharpness in post in Capture One, without making the image artificial Didn't know about the central focus point with dslr Comment from : @bioliv1 |
