If you’re reading this… You’re not alone A few years ago I’d never imagine being here today due to the utter disturbance and tiredness intrusive thoughts/anxiety caused in my life The joy it can steal from every day and the feeling of thinking you’re going crazy is something you wouldn’t even wish on your worst enemies I’ve tried numerous therapies, self help techniques, reading books and nothing seemed to help That was all until I accepted Jesus as my savior The more educated I became on reading the Bible, the more it finally made sense This is how the devil tries to destroy us and take away our peace and joy By placing fear, intrusive thoughts, depression, anxiety in our lives Once I surrendered to the Lord and became grateful and faithful, it’s like all that seemed to be impossible never ending darkness had finally vanished from my life And it can for you too It seemed crazy at first but that’s what I needed all along Jesus can heal you He’s the way, the truth and the life Give him a try! I promise you won’t regret it

I’ve got this sensation in my foot that won’t go away cause I continually think about it again and again This sensation is non existent when I’m not conscious of thinking of it, completely made up by my mindEvery time I try to not think about it It makes it worse, idk what to do lol

The book “Overcoming Unwantes Intrusive Thoughts”, by Sally Winston helped me When we try to push the thoughts away and panic at the thoughts it makes the amygdala ( alarm ) part of the brain signal an alarm to try to keep us safe from a thought that isn’t dangerous Anyway, read the book

Well an intrusive thought I when driving is to push the steering wheel to swerve into the car coming head on😢😢😢 I don't know why but the other day I was in the passenger seat and that thought again Please help me before I do something irrational😢please

I highly recommend to every person who obsessively ruminates to try the supplement inositol (vitamin b-8) I take 1/4th teaspoon in powder form It is the only supplement that has significantly reduced by repetitive thoughts of embarrassing moments and regrets

Easy to say bro but we only knows how difficult it is iam also struggling with this OCD about 4 years taking medicine but no change Better to die bcus it not me But I have two kids so I couldn't die by myself and I couldn't come out of this OCD

Its alao not a solution to carry on all day repeating to yourself those made out solutons because you r making the ocds and intrusive thoughts basically your daily tasks to eliminate Remember that you should be able to go on your day without always bejng in control
