Nobody understands what I went through with my ex narc and the emotional trauma that I live in now It is depressing, but I when I start getting down, I remind myself of what he did to me and how he was the problem and will never change I hate to relive the trauma by bringing it back to mind but it also gives comfort (if that makes sense) and reaffirms my decision to walk away Vicious cycle, but I’m 3 months out of the relationship and I am finally getting better I go out with friends every weekend, I go to the gym and I’m focusing on my career It’s his loss - totally Comment from : Nancy Kimble |

Medication is very helpful, but should never be used alone There are no magic pills, just Ike there is no single way to healing! Behavioral health therapy, body work, and videos like these should all be used with medication! I find medication helps take the edge of the bottomless pit of despair that pulled me daily to ideation of bad things Very helpful for me! Comment from : Char Lee |

I’m just about a year out and I feel so much anger that I’m still so affected by the abuse I don’t even know myself And I have zero energy to get up and out the way I used to before him I can’t even imagine having that much energy and life to me again Comment from : Samantha |
