Or just buy a brand new one, put your old one in the box and return it they don't have the serial number on the box so the staff can't verify if its the same controller it's what I did yesterday They looked for the serial on the box but couldn't so just gave me a refund

i’ve had my controller for 6 months and haven’t dropped it or anything and that shit already had stick drift, it doesn’t make sense that a controller cost just as much as a game and doesn’t last nearly as long, controllers are literally rigged to not last long so they can continue to make money off them and it’s bullshit
