So we all now that probably 95 of PS5 owners had analog shifting issue with at least 1 controller I have 4 dualsense controllers and 3 of them have the same problem! Left analog is shifting to the left, and 4th one that i'm almost not using will probably have the same issue brI know they are some YT tutorials how to opet them and maybe clean but i didn't want to give Sony any opportunity to cancel my warranty so i have called them and they have accepted 2 controller to fix cause they were still under warranty They did their job pretty fast, but they sent me new ones instead of fixing, and that is ok The problem here is that they do not cover shipping cost, so i had to pay amount almost half of a cost of 1 brand new controller, and i'm not fine with that I should not pay even $1 for something that was clearly Sonys fault, i asked them to at least give me some PS plus credit for that, and they have refusedFirst of all this was not 1 in 1000 accidental issues, this is a global dualsense problem that Sony should FIX!! And not only controllers under warranty but all of them since this is a product defect, the same what car brands are doing recalling defect modelsbrThis is not fair and i will think about wich console i will buy next Comment from : Ognjen Isakovic |
