Both of my controllers were working fine until I did a software update Now neither work They will charge via cable but that's it #1 - 5 still has not fixed anything PS4 is on menu screen, controllers just flash white

IVE FIGURED IT OUT YALL!! there are 2 types of usb’s ones that just charge and ones that charge and transfer data you have to have one that does both! i actually used an old alexa cord and it worked immediately!!

Another funny thing I found was that the Bluetooth from my solar system in my bus conversion kept trying to interfere with the connection process so maybe turn off other Bluetooth devices while trying any of these steps Hope this helps
