Don’t buy anything from here This is a fraud company I have proof of what they did to me After they sent the product, they vanished and never responded Every time I called customer care, they said I would receive my refund tomorrow, but that tomorrow never came

Waste product Don't buy this Indus valley, they are cheating public, only advertisement, this sticking and smoking, They are using local materials and taking high prices ,No QC certificate they are providing elong with delivery, Even company name not Embossed this cast iron Product, No Heavy material content assurance thay are not provided the delivery, [ Heavy material harmful for Kidneys, liver and Blood] Even not available any instruction manual In condition how we can blindly believe this product is safe and original? Don't believe this Indu valley cast iron Product , Because this sticking, also below points br br1# This product Don't Embossed there company Name or logo why ?brbr2# Delivered product with any company certificate/ catalogue why?brbr3# They are don't giving Heavy material not content certificate copy along with delivery, But there advertisement it showing there product is safe How to believe? If you ask it they are saying our company policy we don't give any copy of certificate, why ? In this condition how to blindly believe this product ?brbr4# They are any ISI or ISO marks elong with this product brbrIf you send mail about above subjects they don't give any proper answer, in this condition how we can trust this product original or not? i bought combo set of cost iron kadaidosa tawa n pan form ur websitei did dis seasoning procedure bt every time i used to cook food gets very dark colour y its happening am fed of dis n stopped cooking in dis kadai 😢😢

They won't return your money or product if it's a damaged one They might be good in there quality but they are very bad in managing the customers issues please be careful when you order They are very experienced also compared to the local madurai shops which provide at reasonable price with shipping
