excellent video, One point I wanted to emphasize and request: NEVER use any regular tissue paper on hot pan, tissue papers are low quality with lots of chemicals for whitening and preservation, those chemicals will transfer to the hot pan ALWAYS use 2-ply kitchen paper towel, which has no chemicals I use Origami kitchen towels which are really high quality with no smell or chemicals

Big headache doing seasoning bsnss Now a days 5 ply stainless steel coockware available No need maintenance for these Even u can go for bit cheaper 3 ply stainless steel coockware

I have different sizes of these cookware and pans, I don't need all of them I use only one on a day to day basis but the rest are stacked up in the cupboard Also, please share if it's okay to cook all veggies in them?
